This project reimagines a fictional Gorillaz Demon Days: B-Sides / Rarities EP through a complete album cover and record design system. All imagery was physically printed, cut, and assembled by hand before being digitized and refined, allowing the final designs to be shaped by material experimentation and tactile decision-making. The project treats the EP as a believable “cult favorite” release, grounded in the band’s legacy while visually expressing the raw, remastered energy of alternate recordings. This work later expanded into an overlapping project in which I designed looping Spotify-style canvas videos that play alongside the tracks, extending the visual identity into a contemporary listening experience.
